It seems you are using the older version of WordPress, please upgrade WordPress to the latest version 5.6.
Also, upgrade the PHP version. Refer to the Rank Math plugin requirements for more details: https://rankmath.com/kb/requirements/
After updating WordPress you can go ahead and update the Rank Math plugin.

Hi Anas, your official documentation does not require WordPress 5.6 minimum but rather 5.2. Are you saying Rank Math is only compatible with 5.6 now?

Specifically, PHP version 5.6 and older are not compatible with RankMath. However, for the WordPress version, we recommend it to be the latest, which is 5.6.
If you’re unable to login into your WordPress dashboard, please deactivate Rank Math temporarily by renaming the seo-by-rank-math folder in your website’s root directory – /wp-content/plugins/
Upon checking the error log, it seems like new tables are not getting created in the Database or some old plugin has left an incorrect entry.

2. Please follow only the first 2 steps and clear your caches. The following steps mentioned in the article are for advanced users.

Please clear all the cache, including the server after following the above process. Then rename back the Rank Math folder to its original name.
