We are using RankMath for one of our sites. When we first time submitted the sitemap for indexing, the status we were seeing inside the search console is ==> “Couldn’t fetch”
When I investigated further, I found it was because of the robots.txt file. I update the file and then again submitted the sitemap for indexing. However, I am still getting the same error.

Is there anything that I am missing?
Please suggest.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
