Please make sure that the Add SEO Controls option is enabled in WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta> Posts/Pages. If the issue persists then Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Yeap. I ensured the SEO options was turned on and we are using the latest version.
I turned the SEO toggle on the Titles & Meta off and on many times. After several attempts, I got the plugin back and is now able to edit my on page SEO properties in each webpage.
However, how do I make sure the plugin doesn’t disappear again? Any advice?

Hi. I don’t think we’re allowed to share the logins. We’re also facing a new issue. My colleague isn’t able to see the plugin, whereas I can. Any advice?

This could be caused by incorrect permissions for the user role that your colleague is using to access the website.
You can head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Role Manager and see if the user roles and their permissions are allowing the user role of your colleague to get access to Rank Math features.

Nope. We both have admin access. Double checked Role Manger and toggled the ones we need to edit, including Titles & Meta. The problem is we can see Rank Math SEO column on the right side of the page we want to edit. But when clicked, it does not drop down as it supposed to. Is there a way we can solve this through a video call?

Yes. It’s resolved for now since we know what’s causing Rankmath to not work. It could be a nulled plugin, so thanks for that Paul. 🙂
