Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the Rank Math plugin causing critical errors on your website. Thank you for providing the details and the URLs to your clone site and live site.
It seems like there might be a conflict between Rank Math and WooCommerce or another plugin/theme you are using. To troubleshoot this, we recommend checking for plugin conflicts by following these steps:
- Enable Troubleshooting Mode: Navigate to the Troubleshooting Mode in the top bar of Rank Math.
- Activate Plugins One by One: Enable each plugin one at a time and check if the issue persists after activating each one. This will help identify if a specific plugin is causing the conflict.

- Check Theme Conflicts: If the issue persists even with only Rank Math and WooCommerce active, try switching to a default WordPress theme to see if that resolves the issue.
If you identify a specific plugin that is conflicting with Rank Math, please let us know which one it is, and we will do our best to assist you further. If the problem continues, please reply to this ticket with any additional details, and a human agent from our support team will take over and provide further assistance.
Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this issue!

Confirming a Theme/Plugin Conflict With Rank Math
I cannot get rank math to work properly. There is some kind of critical error when rank math tries to resolve a product url. I have tried isolating plugins to try and find a conflict and literally it happens even when you just have woocommerce and rankmath running. Turn rank math plugin on and the problem happens, deactivate it and normal behaviour.
I am close to giving up on this. I know I am using the free version but we are a startup and realistically there is no way we will continue with a free seo plugin as we grow. Rankmath is useless in this state as it breaks the shop. It’s either this or go to Yoast but I actually prefer RankMath, but if it doesn’t work.
