Rankmath Not Working on Some Posts of My Website

    I have been using rankmath since 2 years but recently I have noticed that Rankmath seo options are not showing on some of the posts on my website. I have tried to do all the things on my end but it’s not working. What’s the reason behind this?

    One thing I have come to know is that rank math seo options is not showing on these posts, where schema is also showing off. I haven’t removed schema from my post. How did this happen and how to fix it?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins and URL of the affected post in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Hello,

    I checked your site and was able to replicate the issue. This error is being logged while in the browser’s console while editing your affected post:
    null

    That error message is related to a corrupt entry for schema on some pages on your database. Did you try to change the schema directly from the database?

    In your database find the wp_postmeta table and look for entries with a meta key of rank_math_schema_, if you find any that are empty you can delete those entries to get rid of the error.

    If you don’t feel confident enough doing this yourself, please provide us with cPanel/phpMyAdmin login credentials and we’ll do it for you.

    I never tried to change the schema directly from the database. I think it’s an issue came with rank math update because I remember there were some changes in rank math regarding schema.

    Hello,

    Even if you haven’t made any changes to the Schema in the database, this error is related to a corrupted Schema entry. Please remove all the empty rank_math_schema_ entries from your database to resolve the issue.

    I am using managed cloud hosting through Cloudways so there is no cPanel/phpMyAdmin. So what should I share with you so that you can do it by your side?

    In this case, please contact your hosting provide and ask them how you can log in and manage your database. They will be able to help you with this.

    Hello,

    I was not able to load the database URL on my end as well. It keeps on loading and after a couple of while, it returns a “This site can’t be reached” error.

    Could you please check if you have a firewall blocking certain countries?

    Can the database files not be edited by the WP phpMyAdmin plugin?

    Hello,

    Yes, the database can be edited with WP phpMyAdmin but when I tried to access your database with the plugin a 403 Forbidden error appeared. And the URL that you have shared to log in to your database is taking too long to respond. Please check with your host and let us know when the issue is fixed.
