I downgraded WordPress from 5.3 to 5.2.3 and it works now.

Everything seems to be working fine on your site. I created a new draft post on your site and the analysis is showing all the tests properly. Please check the screencast I added in the Sensitive Data Section.
If you still see the issue then please add a link of the page where Rank Math is not working properly.
