Yes, there are modules and a theme for the update, but this does not need to be updated as there are custom codes that will be eliminated if updated. please do not update the other modules on the site.
I tried installing this module (Health Check Plugin) and stopped all other modules on the site, but the rank mach module again fails to visualize when editing a page, and a message appears.
I have imported with your module settings from a yoast (old seo plugin) (if this has a meaning).
Would you check this for me with the data provided?

I was not able to replicate the issue on your site. I was able to access the metabox on your homepage and all other posts and pages that I checked.
If the issue persists on your end, please try accessing the website on your computer with an incognito window from Chrome.
If that doesn’t help, please clear the entire cache and cookies from your browser and try again.

Please note that this would wipe out any active logged-in websites and you will need to login into all of them again.

It turned out that after clearing the cookies, it doesn’t work again under Mozilla Developer 100.0b9, but there is no problem under Google Chrome.
There is another problem with the xml site maps on the site. When I try to open any map of the site, I get the error:
Error loading sheet style: XSLT style sheet recognition failed.

1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

I added the filter to disable sitemap cache to the Code Snippets plugin and now the sitemap is working fine:
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');
