Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Here is a video you can follow as well:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Let us know how it goes. We look forward to hearing from you.
I’m experiencing the same issue. On a site with a fresh installation of RankMath, the on-page editor won’t open when I click the accordion arrow. I have several other sites running RankMath without any problems, so this is the only one encountering this issue. The problem persists even after deactivating all plugins and switching to the default WordPress theme. I’ve also cleared the cache and followed the troubleshooting steps in the video above, but the issue remains.
Hello @erkwest,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
We’ve recently seen this issue because of the browser cache. You can try to check with a different browser or in the incognito mode of your browser and see if that works for you.
If the issue persists, please open a support ticket in the forum so that we can assist you properly there.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thanks you Rakibuzzaman for your assistance with this issue. Taking your advice, I switched from Chrome to Safari and it works perfectly. Thank you for your swift response.
Hello @erkwest,
We are glad that helped.
Please feel free to reach out to us again in case you need any other assistance.
We are here to help.
Thank you.
Hi, there. We are still having this issue and it is not necessarily browser based. I can use it in Safari but not in Chrome, but my colleague cannot use it in Safari while she can in Chrome. My website admin has checked all the plugins and is not finding the answer there. Can someone take a deeper look?
Hello @megwhite,
If you’re able to use it on one browser but not the other, then the issue is browser-based. We’d suggest clearing your browser cache and trying again – or sticking with the browser that is working for you, as this issue is most likely temporal.
We hope this helps clarify the issue. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
