I am also experiencing this. Using Version 1.0.36.3 on RankMath and version 5.3.2 of WP.

This is expected behavior, one of the changes introduced in the latest version is that SEO options are now available from the sidebar as shown here: https://i.rankmath.com/U44EB5
Please note that you can disable this feature and rollback to the former metabox layout by adding the following code snippet on your theme’s functions.php file:
/**
* Disable Gutenberg Sidebar Integration
*/
add_filter( 'rank_math/gutenberg/enabled', '__return_false' );
