Unfortunately, this is not something we can fix from our end. By default, none of the SEO plugins can read content created using shortcodes because SEO plugins see the backend content and it is all jumbled and every page builders have different ways of processing the content.
GoodLayers has likely added the compatibility for major SEO plugins and that is why they can see your content. They have to do the same for Rank Math to see your content too.
