Hello Rankmath Team,
I have been using your terrific plugin since day one on multiple sites. The latest what’s happened with one of my client’s sites was not expected. They have a plugin called piklist(for local business management) is conflicting with Rankmath. When we keep both as activate mouse pointer doesn’t work throughout the page and post-editing section. It also doesn’t allow me to open the box of Rankmath SEO and others on the page and post.
However, when we deactivate the piklist plugin, then Rankmath starts to work.
My developers are working on finding out the issue where is exactly happening, but till the time, will you give a snap of why this is happening.
Before you investigate, let me list out the things which we have done.
1- I removed rank math from Cpanel’s directory and installed it back from the plugin directory in WordPress’s dashboard to check if it works.
2- I deactivate each plugin to check which one is conflicting and found the one I have mentioned.
3- I cleared the cache from everywhere.
4- I updated each theme and plugins.Please take a moment to have a look at it.
