RankMath is preventing my blog from loading

    Hello,

    This afternoon I’ve been advised that my website was offline.
    I started investigating the problem, and I tried from FTP to deactivate all plugins and reactivate them in order to find out the cause of this issue. At the end of my investigation, I found the problem was caused by Rank Math. I tried also to rollback to a previous version, but it’s still giving me the issue, so I had to leave it deactivated.
    Can you help me to fix the problem?

    I haven’t updated anything prior to the issue, so I don’t really understand what the cause is.

    Can you please share the error log with us?

    Having an error log will help us determine what is causing this issue on your website.

    You can follow this guide to enable debugging in WordPress
    https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ or you can get in touch with your web host, they will help you locate the log file.

    Also, please add the WordPress and FTP login details in the sensitive data section for us to check further.

    Thank you for that information.

    Could you please try deleting the rank_math_notifications option from the wp_options table in your database? You can also ask for assistance from your web host to do this.

    Please note that we always recommend when working with databases, you have to be extra careful. You can create a backup first upon making any changes.

    Once done, clear the Transients by clicking on the Remove Transients button on your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Data Base Tools
    Clear RM Transients

    That should fix the error.
