when i switched to classic editor, i see the rankmath tab, but nothing pops up when I click it. it seems like an empty dropdown.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Hi, there is something in the JSON of my older pages that is making them not work. I noticed this because when i start a brand new page from scratch, i have no issues with rankmath.
For some reason, my older pages that were migrated have something in their page code JSON that makes rankmath not work. I have not been able to figure out what.
Could i send the code here for you to take a look?

This might be caused because of an incorrect Schema markup on the pages, so to get around this issue, you may need to get rid of any entry that starts with rank_math_schema_ in the postmeta table associated with the page ID of the page.

In the Gutenberg editor our plugin shows inside the Gutenberg sidebar because we have built a custom integration.
On the pages you can access our plugin by clicking the Rank Math icon with the score at the top right corner.

I am aware of where it appears. It is not appearing there. I switched to classic in an attempt to get it working, but that did not work either.
The rankmath plugin is not appearing on most of my pages. Check the graphic design page, for example.

On the Graphic design page, the SEO controls are currently showing as you can see in my screenshot below:
However, the issue indeed is happening on pages like the “Content” so I went ahead and conducted troubleshooting in your plugins and it seems that Oxygen is also causing the issue. Can you please share this issue with the Oxygen support as well?

Some of the pages Code has something happening that is blocking this from working.
Sorry, the graphic design page must have been one of the ones that i created after migrating.
The JSON of the page has something in it that is blocking rankmath. it’s not a systemic issue, just on the pages that were on the dev domain prior to migrating, for some reason.
When i use that JSON from one of the older pages to make a new one, it hides the rankmath controls. When i make a brand new page, it works fine. Trying to figure out waht the problem is.
