I logged into your website’s admin area but I was unable to replicate the issue. The Meta title and description are saving without any issues. I tested this on existing posts and also by creating new posts, but the data saves properly.

It seems like there was a bit of confusion here.
However, I searched your website on Google and I was able to replicate the issue.
Please follow this tutorial guide to double-check the Meta settings on your Post as well as the Global settings: https://rankmath.com/kb/different-meta-title-and-description/
Do note that if everything’s fine and Google still decides to show a different meta title/description, there is nothing you can do as Google sometimes ignores the custom meta info altogether and show something from the page’s content that matches the search intent better.
