RANKMATH is deactivating several times.

    We have RankMath installed on several sites and we discovered them deactivated after they were installed for a few weeks. We went through the activation again and everything was good for about a week or so and then they were inactive again. Is this an ongoing issue? It cost the ranking of some sites during those deactive days and we love the suite, but this issue is taking 2 weeks to recover from and it isn’t feasible to log into the sites to check the plugin all the time. Any ideas what may be wrong?

    Hi,

    Thanks a lot for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    Please update to the latest version if you haven’t already. The “reconnection” was only needed once after updating to 1.0.36.1 and you shouldn’t have to connect it again.

    If you are running the latest version of Rank Math and still got this issue – can you please share your WP logins in the sensitive data section so we can take a closer look at this?
