We only report the 404s. We do not have information on how or why they are generated.
You can get further insight into them by enabling the advanced monitor at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > 404 Monitor.
That will give you more information like referrer and user-agent. You can use that information to track down the source or find out if it is just bots generating those errors.
You can also fix these errors by redirecting them to a related page on your website:

Regarding the server issues, there’s nothing we can do from our side, and that discussion needs to continue with hosting because we are not responsible for making sure that the server connectivity remains consistent.

Server connectivity error is not appearing on 404 monitor, however I am receiving 404 error for following:
1) My own site URL https://careerbanaye.com is giving 404 hits
2) Ads.txt error. However, I have nowhere setup Ads i.e. neither in site nor in Ad manager
3) Categor-sitemap.xml 404 error
4) humans.txt 404 error
Please look into above issue, and guide what is the problem and how to get it resolved.

As my colleague has already mentioned that Rank Math only reports the 404 errors. If you are getting 404 errors that means some users or bots are trying to visit the pages that don’t exist on your site. You should follow this guide to fix the 404 errors: https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-404-errors/
And if you notice other 404s on the 404 Monitor page, you will notice they are all relative (without the domain name).
So, when you see a 404 on your main domain name, that actually means someone or a bot tried to access your website at https://example.com/https://example.com
You can safely ignore this 404. There is nothing to be worried about.
