I adore RankMath, but I’ve been having a problem today with a new product I’m building.
RankMath is analyzing the product short description and the Google snippet when it gives me my SEO score, but it’s not analyzing the actual full product description on the same page. It’s never done this before, and I’m wondering if a button in the settings got hit by mistake. I recently had a customer service team for another plugin deactivate all my plugins, and that may have caused a problem?
For background, I’m using WordPress and WooCommerce.

I can’t seem to replicate this from my end.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
