The problem seems to be related to a conflict with one of your installed plugin since the problem does not manifest when all other plugins are disabled.
Unfortunately the Health Check and Troubleshooting plugin does not seem to work properly on your site. You will need to manually disable all plugin one after the other to identify the one that is causing the problem.

This is certainly very odd, I don’t that there is an option to noindex pages in WooCommerce. Have you modified the files?
Could you please check for any custom filters in your theme that are hooked to WC functions?

It seems like there was something in the WooCommerce settings that was causing the noindex tag to be added to your homepage and other pages even when Rank Math was disabled.
We have fixed the issue by reinstalling WooCommerce.
You might need to go through the WooCommerce settings once to ensure everything’s setup correctly.
