Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and we are so sorry for the trouble caused here.
We would wish to replicate your issue here on the kind of error you are getting, assuming that you have followed the tutorial screencast here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tEmcwCc73Mc
At the moment we do no have support by video casting but we can walk you through the steps and help you resolve your issue on our forum here.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello, you can look at the previous Support Ticket that I shared in my first response you will get every detail related to the error. And, this is not related to my website configuration. It shows “Error Undefined” and previously it was solved when your team created an API for me. I send my Google Account Login Credentials and they created a new API by using the same method. This time it can be solved also if you create an API at your end and then set up the plugin but I do not want it. Because I want to highlight my mistake, I am following the exact official Tutorial of RankMath and also its Blog Guide about Instant Indexing. And, I am repeating again that I am following exact methods even very small things but still no success. I can provide my screencast while setting up the plugin with API creating so that you can check why this is happening.
Maybe I create more websites this month and I do not want to come here, again and again, to ask your team to create an API for me.
I also had the good experience of it as I already implemented on my various website without any issue but this happening from the last website that I created.
Another solution maybe you can record a new custom screencast while setting an API for my this new website.
I appreciate your great responses and help. Thanks
Hello,
Thanks for getting back to us.
The thing is we didn’t do anything different from the video tutorial we already provided to make your account work last time.
Last time we re-verified your website with the new account by entering the verification code at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Webmaster Tools, and then proceeded, as usual, following the steps in the video and everything went smooth.
So, the only extra step you can try before following the video is trying to re-verify your website on GSC and see if that makes a difference.
Hope this helps solve your issue.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you require any further assistance.
Well, I removed my property in Search Console and added it again but still no success. I do not know where is the problem, I am following the exact and same steps of the official tutorial but I still the same problem.
Hello,
Thank you for the update, and sorry for the delay.
Could you please create a screencast using Loom of how you set up the Instant indexing plugin on your site? This way we can also check the steps you are performing to further advice.
Once done, you can add the link in the sensitive data section
It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section.
Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Ok, I have added a downloadable link to the screencast in sensitive section. I recorded my screen while setting up the plugin and then uploaded it to Storage Drive (Mega.nz) and shared its link here. Please download that video (13 Mb) and check it. I have followed each and every step but do not know where is the mistake.
Hi, please take a look at the video and let me know the issue.
Hello,
Thank you for getting back to us,
This seems to be a 500 status that relates to your server. Was this the same error you were getting before on your other site before they were fixed?
Also, would you kindly provide us with your site credentials in the sensitive data so that we can check the issue further?
We are looking forward to helping you.
Thank you
Yes, man this was the same error that I was getting earlier. Please check my previous ticket too, I had the same issue. And, at that time you guys also asked me to contact my host for a solution and I contacted them but they said there were no issues at their end. And, then it was solved without the help of the Host when you created an API at your own end.
Everything is the same on this website, Theme, Plugins, etc except the domain name. I know if you guys are gonna create API at your end then it will be solved but I want to find its root cause because I followed exact same tutorial as you can see in my screencast (shared in sensitive date).
I have added the URL to login to my WordPress Dashboard. Kindly check it and I also have added s******@r*********** in my Search Console Property as owner. If you want access to my Search Console property, you may log in with that email. Please check it and do let me know.
Hello, Please look into the matter fast. Previously, I waited almost a month, and then it was solved. It is very urgent, I tried every possible solution again but to no avail. I have attached my screencast while setting up the plugin, you can see I am following all the steps according to your official tutorial. Still, API is not setting up correctly. It sucks me now.
Hello,
Last time it was an issue with your configuration as well.
You had not followed the instructions correctly and that is why it wasn’t working.
To fix it this time once again, we will again need your Google and WP logins.
If you can provide that, we can help you and we will record a screencast this time so you can follow instructions yourself in the future.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I have added my Google Account in sensitive data. My website is associated with the same Google Search Console Account. There are other properties associated with the same account so please make changes only to the website that I mentioned in sensitive data. It is already verified.
And, thanks for creating a custom screencast. And, please create it asap. Thank you
