Already tried with health check with only the Avada plugin and rank math plugin on.

This seems like an issue with the current browser you are using which is not working properly because the website is showing the structure fine.

Looks indeed like an issue with Safari…. working on Versie 18.0 (20619.1.26.31.6) I guess latest version…. – Chrome works correctly
