There are no settings in Rank Math that would make those folders/file paths indexable.
However, you can ask Google and other search engines to stop crawling those folders by adding this text to the robots.txt file at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Edit robots.txt
Disallow: /wp-content/plugins/
Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:
