Though Rank Math free is a robust and lightweight plugin, it looks like your site’s memory is getting exhausted. Please contact your hosting team and ask them to set the following values:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000
Once they do, this issue will go away on its own.
