Rankmath Error Logs Reported by Web Hosting

    Here are some error logs reported by my web host and asked to contact support. I am even facing issues with updating posts.

    Here are the logs:

  • Should I change the web hosting if this is a pure CDN/Cloudflare issue because they are controlling the Cloudflare/CDN for website?

    And I noticed, you guys deactivated some plugins, maybe for testing, are you still testing something with those plugins? If not may I activate them now?

    My web host responded with the following response:

    You may want to try to disable these rules.

    Let me know which one should I change / remove?

    Good thing is that, the errors you mentioned are no more, but the problem is; we have an underlying issue that we need to address (blocked preflight requests, so you may be able to enable|disable other RankMath modules as well as use other JSON wp api endpoints): I don’t have access to your cloudflare dashboard, but I suspect that this is the main cause, the reason (as a first step) is to have the same settings for OPTIONS request as you have for GET and POST requests, since the browser first sends a clone of yourGET|POST request (as an OPTION request) before sending the main request, just to confirm if it’s supported.

    Okay, I will wait for your next update. I hope you can find the culprit because I am even not able to update the posts and save drafts.

    The main problem I am facing is that I am unable to update posts and save drafts as explained in the very beginning. This is the reason why I created this support ticket. So, please confirm the main culprit behind these issues. Rankmath is working fine on my other websites, why the issue is happening with this website only?

    It has been around 24 hours but still not resolved. May I have an update? I am facing a serious problem of not being able to update or save posts.

    If you will say, I am even ready to change my web hosting but please give me the final verdict of the issue. I am ready to do whatever you suggest to me. But, please don’t take more time.

    Did you added this to find error? If you made any changes to the website, please revert back once you find the reason behind the problem. It’s really taking longer than expected.

    Actually, a few days back, I used WP-Optimize plugin to optimize database tablets but I don’t think it did something wrong. And even just to be sure, I restored the whole website to an old backup point. Still, nothing solved.

    Now, I really want to fix this up. I have a huge faith in you guys that you can solve this or find the true reason behind it.
