Thank you for your respond i follow the troubleshooting first i active query Moniter check to check and the error i got https://prnt.sc/rxyeer , and then i active the 2nd plugin Rankmath and i got the same error https://prnt.sc/rxygvz

That means you are getting this error with and without Rank Math.
With that said, it is safe to ignore if you are not seeing any visible issues on your website.
If not, please talk to your web host and ask them to check it out for you. I fear the PEAR component might not be installed on your server.

You can ignore it as far as it is a warning and you are not having any visible issue in your site.
If you are still worried about it, you should talk to your web host and ask them to check it out for you and install the PEAR component on your server.
