    Hi I have an RankMathPro subscription.

    I’m trying to add FAQ schema using Elementor’s Accordion. (I already tried using FAQ schema using WordPress Editor and it messed up a lot of my Elementor features – so that’s not an option for me).

    I read your blog post here describing how to do it https://rankmath.com/kb/faq-schema-elementor/ (Sec 2.4). When I click the toggle “add FAQ Schema Markup” it doesn’t work. When trying to test the code through RankMath it says I have Schema turned off. There is no FAQ schema

    Proof that no FAQ schema is detected from my rankmath pro plugin

    I just updated my elementor and elementor Pro plugins…I does not resolve the issue.

    Should I just use Elementors FAQ schema instead of RankMaths (the first toggle button).

    Please help me determine how to get my FAQ schema to work.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    You mentioned that you have a PRO subscription but you have created this ticket using your Free Rank Math account. Can you please share the email address you used to purchase the PRO plan so we can verify it first?

    As for your issue, The FAQ schema won’t be seen in the Schema tab as the “add FAQ Schema Markup” option is automatic and doesn’t need to be reconfigured via our schema editor.

    Please save the page, and check the page in the Rich Result Test . You should be able to see the FAQ schema being applied.
