    Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Check for JavaScript Errors: Open the Developer Tools Console in your browser (you can do this by pressing Ctrl + Shift + J on Windows or Cmd + Option + J on Mac) and look for any errors that appear when vendors try to save their SEO data. If there are errors, they may indicate a conflict with another plugin or theme.

    2. Firewall Settings: If you are using a firewall, it might be blocking access to the Rank Math files necessary for saving metadata. Ensure that the following URLs are whitelisted:

      • /wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateRedirection
      • /wp-json/rankmath/v1/getFeaturedImageId
      • /wp-json/rankmath/v1/getHead

      You can use plugins like Wordfence in Learning Mode to help with this.

    3. Update Plugins: Ensure that both Rank Math and Dokan are updated to their latest versions, as updates often include bug fixes and improvements.
