Then clear the Rank Math transients by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients

If the issue persists, check if you are using a Firewall, as there are chances that it will prevent saving the data. You can check this link for more information:

HI the issue is still ongoing. I cannot figure out the problem.
Now I have the idea to deactivate the plugin and reactivate it. But what happend with all the “old” SEO data. Are this data still available when I deactivate and activate the rankamath plugin? Because we have roundabout 700 Blogposts with SEO data.

You will not lose any data if you deactivate and reactivate the plugin as the data is stored in the database.
We would like to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

I logged in to your website, created a draft post, and added a focus keyword to the draft post, access to this file is getting blocked:
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta?_locale=user
(Check screenshot in the sensitive data section)
If you are using Cloudflare or any security plugin, you should whitelist the file in Cloudflare and Firewall, if that does not help I would recommend contacting your hosting support, to check if something is blocking access to that file.
