Rankmath does not give options to add metadata

In this case, Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), this can be caused by conflicting plugins/theme on your site.

You should enable your plugins/theme one by one and check the edit page to determine which is the one conflicting with Rank Math’s meta box:
