By uninstalling and re-installing Rank Math, you won’t lose any SEO data, since Rank Math stores all of your data in your database, not in your server’s root directory. So, until you erase your data completely from database by following this guide, all of your Rank Math data will be there on your database.

If I remove the rankmath data from the database and then set it up again, will there be any effect on the site?

When you’re removing the data of Rank Math from your database, you’re basically erasing every single data related to your SEO and Rank Math settings.
After erasing them from your database, your site will not contain any data related to SEO and you’ll have to go through a complete fresh setup and configuring everything again.
The action is irreversible, and we don’t recommend applying until you fully understand the effect of erasing Rank Math data from database.
