Rankmath data are wrong

Hello,

I’m a client using rankMath on my woocommerce website http://www.oopla.fr.

But all the data showing in rankmath analytics are wrong and not corresponding to the data of Google Search Console. As example you can see in this screenshot that according to rankmath we had 0 search traffic in the last 7 days and 897 according to Google search console : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1dkeJOVii6CyUJPQuSFZa_NppAPhD73oi/view?usp=sharing

Also since we use rankmath our search traffic is down.

Can you support ?

Hello,

Let’s try deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps.

1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Status & Tools >> Database Tools and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.
