Thanks for getting back to us.
It looks like the Rank Math install on your site is not complete, most of CSS files are missing and it is impossible to deactivate the plugin.
Please login to your site via FTP and delete the Rank Math folder from your wp-content/plugins folder and then perform a fresh install of the plugin.
