Afrimash is an eCommerce multi-vendor platform, and we use both Wooocommerce and WCFM to achieve this functionality on WordPress.
However, the RankMath plugin seems to conflict with the WCFM plugin. In the last two weeks, we have always had to deactivate RankMath for a few hours daily so we can carry out other activities using WCFM.
Specifically, once RankMath is activated, a Java functionality on WCFM for searching for product categories stops working and brings error instead.
Unless we solve this issue, we won’t be able to upgrade.
Any help or pointers would be much appreciated.

Upon further inspecting, we couldn’t always replicate the issue on our end and when we were able to replicate it the error is throwing a 500 status code, which would indicate some server issue.

If this continues to happen please ask your hosting provider to check in the server error logs and see what exactly is the error.

We were able to replicate the issue this time around, however, like I previously mentioned you’ll need to check the server error log for further information because the error thrown is a 500 error, which indicates some server issues.
We would love to investigate this further but without any information from the error apart from the status code is difficult to pinpoint the exact issue.
If you are not able to see the server error log, please ask your hosting provider to provide it to you for further debugging.

Unfortunately, there’s very little we can do here. As it is explained in the notes for this error this indicates some sort of server issue.
If your server log is not showing anything related to this error it’s because somehow it’s not being correctly loaded to your server.

There’s also information on how to disable the pop-up from appearing on your website in case you are ready to accept the error on your website.

We did some inspections on that log file but couldn’t find anything related to this error, however, there’s also Cloudflare to check.
It seems that you are using Cloudflare on your website, so you could also check if disabling helps solve the issue. If that helps, then it’s something related to Cloudflare.
Also, I want to add that since these errors are producing a 500 status code there’s nothing else we can do from our end as that is a clear indication that there’s a server error.
That plugin is working fine on our end and not producing the 500 errors you see on your website, so that adds another level of confirmation that there’s some server configuration causing this issue.
