Thank you for the reply.
I added the site’s login access as well as the student access.
So I have 2 different browsers open (Chrome & FireFox) where Chrome will be the Admin account and FireFox will be the student account.
Admin account for enabling/disabling plugins and Student account for the course quiz testing.
So when RankMath is enabled, the student cannot submit the quiz (the button just buffers), when RankMath is disabled then the quiz submits and the results are shown to the user.

We are able to reproduce the error. When Rank Math plugin is enabled, a 500 error is shown when the submission of the quiz is in progress. For us to debug the issue further, please share your website’s FTP in the Sensitive Data section of this ticket.

It doesn’t seem to be pointing to our plugin.
Can you please check with your hosting provider why the following server error is occurring when Rank Math is active?
This will help us further determine what’s causing the issue.

I noticed the red highlights refers to “rangeready.co.za”, this was the old site/domain.
The site was migrated to “firearm-competency-tests.co.za”, could this be the issue?
If so, where do I need to go to fix/update the domain name to the new one in Rank Math SEO

I sent the request through to my hosting.
Alternatively, If I do a full deletion of the plugin and db fields, reinstall the plugin, will that fix the issue?

We’ve got word from our development team, and we can’t seem to replicate the issue now. The submit button remained stuck after answering the quiz, despite having the Rank Math plugin disabled. See our video screencast here: https://i.rankmath.com/v/FEYRf4
Can you please check with your hosting provider for the detailed 5xx error recorded on your website?
As for the incorrect domain showing on the Console tab, this issue is caused by the wrong URL configured in the staging site. You can contact your hosting provider for this as well. See if this also solves the main issue you’re having.

Thanks for the reply, looks like you are using the Admin account when testing/submitting the quiz, that never worked, please try again with the “student account” login, that “role” seems to submit if Rank math is disabled
