It seems that theme is not yet listed with Rank Math’s compatibility list:

However, you can also provide your website while Rank Math is activated to further check this issue. You can add it in the sensitive data section

thanks for your reply. I am happy to install the plugin and provide you with the URL but since the website will not be displayed properly during the debugging, which obviosuly is not great for our user experience, it would be great to agree on a set time (ideally after hours in Germany), to keep the “downtime” as minimal as possible.
Can you suggest a time tomorrow or on Friday or the beginning of next week?

You can also create a staging site with the same issue as it seems that your site is currently live. This will also avoid your site getting any downtime and recommend specific troubleshooting steps.

Once done, you can add the staging site WordPress and FTP logins in the sensitive data.
