Please can you double-check and share the screenshot of the email WordPress sent to you regarding the critical error on your site.
In the case when the error log entry points to code related to Rank Math, you need to delete and reinstall the latest version of the Rank Math plugin.
Do not worry, no data is lost as it’s stored in the database.
This should fix it but in the case where it doesn’t, we might need to take a closer look at the settings.
Please include your WP logins in the Sensitive Data section.

Based on the error message, it seems like new tables are not getting created in the Database or some old plugin has left an incorrect entry.
1. Please follow these steps to fix the issue:

2. Please follow only the first 2 steps and clear your caches. The following steps mentioned in the article are for advanced users.
