Also i can’t submit to google for indexing i have to log into my google account and do it manually and my

The email you shared has a Business Subscription and they will have to install the PRO plugin on your site and connect their Business account to activate the premium features on your site. There is nothing we can do from our side as you are their client and we can’t directly connect their account on someone else’s site without a direct request from their account.

For PRO features, we provide direct support to users having the paid subscription in the account from which they posted support ticket or if we have a direct confirmation from the paid account.
For client websites, the Business (or Agency) subscription users need to communicate with us on behalf of their clients.
However, if the Rank Math PRO plugin is already installed on your website, you can ask the user from whom you purchased the subscription to follow this guide on your website and it should remove the upgrade notice: https://rankmath.com/kb/website-not-shown-in-account/

The screenshot you shared is the modules page, could you please explain the issue in detail here? If you can’t update or enable/deactivate a module, kindly check if you have a firewall in your server that might be blocking the updating route. That might be the reason why you can’t update the modules.
If you are referring to your analytics stats, please try rebuilding the index, then manually deleting old imported data, and start the fresh data fetch. This should allow you to retrieve fresh data from your GSC and GA. Please follow these steps:
1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button
2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’
3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.

To fix the instant indexing issue, make sure the service account is listed as Owner for the site in Search Console
