Hello,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with the Breadcrumb Titles on your blog. It seems like the Breadcrumb Titles are not displaying correctly on the front end, showing different posts’ breadcrumbs instead of the intended ones.
To resolve this issue, you can try updating the Breadcrumb Title for the specific post directly from the WordPress editor. Here’s how you can do it:
- Open the post “Garlic for Arthritis” in the WordPress editor.
- Click on the Rank Math SEO icon in the top-right corner of the screen or choose Rank Math from the Plugins section in the Gutenberg Editor.
- Navigate to the Advanced tab in the Rank Math Meta Box.
- Update the Breadcrumb Title to “Garlic for Arthritis” if it’s not already set correctly.
If you have numerous posts on your website and need to update Breadcrumb Titles in bulk, you can use a code snippet to alter the Breadcrumb Title. You can find more information on this in our knowledgebase article here.
If the issue persists after trying these steps, please feel free to assign this ticket to a human agent for further assistance. Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention.

Hello,
Apologies for the inconvenience.
We’ve checked the URL, and the breadcrumbs seem disabled.
In this case, we can take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello, I’m waiting for your reply. Please help.
Hello,
We can see the issue on the website but to debug this issue we would need to make changes to our plugin to see where it’s failing.
Please make sure to include the FTP credentials we requested previously so we can make the changes safely and debug the issue further.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
The issue is related to the snippet called “In-article Related Post” as that is modifying the WP_Query and on each reload it gets a new piece of data which in turn updates the default title on the page with a new title and that gets passed to our breadcrumb because we fetch the data from the WP_Query on the pages.
To prevent this from happening you need to edit that code snippet in a way that prevents it from modifying the WP_Query completely so that it doesn’t trickle down to our functions.
The best way to go about this would be to use the following functions which doesn’t modify the WP_Query: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/get_posts/
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Thank you so much for your support. The support reply is slow, but I understand the error and I fixed it. Thanks again Miguel.
