Rankmath bocks Google from Indexing - Support

I had to deactivate Rankmath over the past few weeks because there were issues with Rankmath apparently repeatedly toggling the “discourage search engines from indexing this site” option in WordPress and blocking pages from being indexed from Google. The issue stopped after I deactivated Rankmath. Is there any information on wether this bug or conflict has been resolved? I would like to keep using Rankmath.

Hello,

Rank Math automatically sets that option if your site is in staging/maintenance/construction mode.

Could you please head over to Rank Math > Status & Tools > System Status and copy/paste here the info?

We have asked since this can be caused by conflicting plugin/theme making your site’s state from each of those mentioned above.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we were not able to replicate the issue as Rank Math doesn’t have this feature to disable that option.

In this case, we suggest you install the WP Activity Log plugin on your website and monitor it.

You can also share the screenshot of the activity if Rank Math automatically enables the Search engine visibility option so that we can check the issue further for you.
