Rankmath billing

  • Good evening, I am writing to you because I have seen a charge today in my bank of €62 and when entering Rankmath I have confirmed that I do not have any active subscription. I don’t understand where that charge comes from.
    Please clarify this situation for me.

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account? You can add them to the designated sensitive data section
