In your information sheets it states that rankmath works with the new Visual Builders, we are using the Extra Theme with built in DIVI Builder. One of our staff created a number of posts with the Divi Builder which were very professional looking, however they also wanted to write specific Title and Descriptions for each post, that is why I installed your seo tool.
There was no way to access the seo title and description from inside the Divi Builder, so I assumed that access could be achieved by clicking the SEO Score on the top right hand side of the post, before the Divi Builder is activated. The result, however seems to be that the Title and Description have been saved, but the whole content of the Divi Post is now gone?
What happened – is it possible to use the Divi Visual Builder and Rankmath together?

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Divi is completely compatible with Rank math. Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Please let us know if you find the culprit else we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
