    Please ensure that your web server is not blocking access to our API.

    Please make sure to whitelist the IP 134.90.148.114 and the user-agent RankMathChecker/2.0.0; https://rankmath.com.

    If you are not sure, you can ask your hosting provider to do this for you.

    Once done, you can run the SEO Analysis once again.

    Confirmed with host server that IP and blocklist are all fine.

    Please check why only myself can run the analytic report but other developer not able to, only appear error. Thank you!

    Hello,

    I logged into your website’s admin area but I was unable to replicate the issue. The SEO Analysis is working fine.

    Please have a look at the screencast in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

    If your developer is still facing the issue, please ask your developer to head over to the WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database tools > Flush SEO analysis data and Remove Rank Math Transients.

    Remove transients

    Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:

    After this, clear the website and browser’s cache and see if that fixes the issue.
