RankMath AI button not showing on a Kadence advanced text block - Support

Hi,

Still trying to decide on if I will purchase the RankMath pro version with AI credits.
I’m using the Kadence Pro theme for the design of my (local hosted) website.

When editing a normal paragraph the AI button is showing and (if I’m on a pro version of RankMath) I’m able to edit the text using the AI button. However in a Kadence advanced text block the RankMath AI button is not available. How come? And, more important, what can I do aboet it?

It also happens with headings and such. Whenever the text is in a kadence advanced text block,the RankMath AI button is not showing.

In the screenshots you see the same paragraph, one as a normal paragraph showing the AI button and on Kadence AI advanced text block where the AI button is not showing.

Please advice.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Thank you for your reply.
To provide my credentials is a bit difficult (or even impossible) as I, like I said in my original post, this site is a local hosted test site on my macbook using MAMP as server software. Just installed it to test things out before I do a purchase and set up a site on the hosting providers server. I did decide however to purchase a lifetime bundle over at Kadence so that’s the bulder to use.

The only way I can give you access (as far as I know) is when we setup a teamviewer session. Or do you have another solution……?

Hello,

Sorry, we realized that you are talking about having Content AI block in a non-Block Editor theme.

It is currently only available with the Block Editor.

You can use the Content Editor we provider for all non-BE themes like Kadence:

Sorry… I supose I was not clear..
I am using the Kadence theme which is a block editor theme for sure.
It comes with a theme and a suite of plugins to extend the theme with a whole bunch of block functionality.

It is one of the most used themes nowadays. Just for fun: ask Jack Cao, your famous YT fellow. He was posting a lot of Kadence videos in the past :-).

Please investigate further.

Hello,

We understand that it’s a block editor theme but the custom blocks and widgets are not supported by the Content AI feature natively.

You would need to use the Content AI editor and copy-paste the data into the custom blocks.

Hey Miguel,

Thank you for clearing that up for me.
Sadly it is a bit of a downer and I hope that native Kadence block support is added to Rankmath.
Kadence theme has implemented their own AI solution. That makes it even more difficult to decide.
I’m impressed with the features of Rankmath and you guys are still leading in my decision process.
I only have to find the workflow that works for me.
