Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Hello, I tried the Health Check and actually found the Rankmath plugin incompatible with the theme (strange because it always worked well). I contacted the managers of the theme and we did some tests. They don’t see anything strange, everything works and me too with incognito browsing.
But from my pc and from two others this problem continues.
I thought it might be a cache issue but I cleaned them and it still doesn’t work.
