Here is the errors I am receiving using Version 1.0.50.1:

Could you please de-activate the plugin and activate it again? It seems like some of the database tables haven’t been created.

Do you mean de-activate or delete/re-install.
I get the errors I posted previously whenever your plugin is active. Needless to say, I de-activate it immediately. So, I have activated/de-activated at least 3 times with the same errors.
