Rank Tracker is not working

    Dear Sir or Madam,

    unfortunately the Rank Tracker does not work for us in our Rank Math SEO buisness version. Even after we have added keywords via the Keyword Manager, no data is displayed. We believe, that everything is correct connected to Google Search Console and Google Analytics, because in other functions of Rank Math data is displayed.

    Do you have any idea what could be the reason for this? Do you have the possibility to check the problem with us and look for the error? Do you need more information from us?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    You have opened this ticket with a Free Rank Math account.

    Please note that the rankings data shows for only the keywords that rank in the first 100 positions in the selected timeframe.

    If the keywords are ranking and the Rank Tracker is not updating, let’s try deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps.

    1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
    2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
    3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
    4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.

    If the issue persists, please open a new ticket with the email you purchased your Business subscription.
