Hello, we apologize for the issue you are facing with the incoming links showing as zero in Rank Math. This can happen for a few reasons, such as the internal links not being counted correctly or a need to reset the internal links data.
To address this, you can try resetting the internal links count by going to Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Database Tools. In the database tools, click on Delete Internal Links. Please note that you will need to enable Advanced Mode to access these settings. After resetting, you will need to open and save each of your posts again through your browser for Rank Math to accurately count the links.
If the issue persists after trying this, please reply to this ticket with your site URL so that a human agent can assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!
too added details. This happen in ‘product’ though. The schema set as ‘product’ and ‘video’
do I need to change one of the scheme to article to have the effect?
you mean i have to do it one by one? i have 1000 posts, do you expect me to open the post and save 1000 times? ridiculous!!!
I confirm that this problem might be because it’s ‘product’ post in woocommerce.
if it’s normal post, no problem happen.
suppose you have post A, and product B, product C
if I put a link of post A, into product B or C the incoming link of post A will show the number, no problem.
if I put a link of product B, either in product C or post A page. the incoming link of product b will show as zero.
Hello,
Please note that the incoming links are the links pointing to the current post from other posts/pages on the same website. It should work in your posts, products or any other post types.
However, we checked on our end but were not able to replicate the issue you mentioned. In this case, please share a screencast with us using a tool like https://loom.com so that we can check the issue further for you.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
All the posts on the product (woocommerce) show they have incoming links as zero. Which is not true.
I already tried to put on multiple link to those posts, either by putting it on a normal post, or in other products post. Doesnt works.
1. Put the link on normal post to other normal post, it show the incoming link.
2. Put the link on product post to other normal post, it show the incoming link.
3. Put the link on product post to product post, not show.
4. Put the link on normal post to product post, not show.
Update. I just checked. it’s not just one or two product post. ‘All’ product posts show zero incoming link arrow = 0

Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

before i give u the details of my web.
i try to check the issue through https://smallseotools.com/
it turn out. there are some ‘no follow’ link on my product page.
the Links Anchor Text show ‘premium content’
Basically anytime I put a link that belong to premium content (paywall) into the post/product. That link is auto set to ‘no follow’
is there any menu on rank meth can fix this issue?
Hello,
Thank you for your patience.
Rank Math has the option to set your external links to nofollow automatically via this option:
https://rankmath.com/kb/should-you-nofollow-external-links/If your premium content is an internal link and they are automatically getting nofollowed, then one of your plugins or your active theme is doing that.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/Here is a video you can follow as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcIWRhcUP2c
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Looking forward to helping you.
it s not working. one of your agent ask me for log in details to take a look inside. i already provide it to you.
Hello,
The issue is related to a plugin conflict, but we can’t check which plugin is causing the issue as the troubleshooting mode isn’t working on your site. Please take a backup of your site and allow us to disable the plugins on the live site.
If you’re not comfortable with disabling the plugins on the live site, create a staging site so we can check this further: https://rankmath.com/blog/how-to-create-staging-site/
Looking forward to helping you.

Hello,
It works as expected, but the product listing page is cached.
* Trying to update the product on
Quick edit
option shows the accurate number of links processed by RankMath.
* Also we check product ID7511
under the product listing and it shows0
links processed, but when we run below query it shows a result of 1.SELECT * FROM c4m_postmeta WHERE meta_key LIKE '%rank_math_internal_links_processed%' AND post_id IN ( 7511 ) LIMIT 500
Could you try clearing your server level cache and see if the accurate values are displayed.
Thank you.
oh, thank you so much. if it’s work then I’m relief. I’m asking someone who looking after my host to clear the catch for me.
