Rank Math won’t automatically update on one of my websites. For a very long time now, I’ve been forced to manually update to see stats. https://snipboard.io/pKk7h3.jpg

Additionally, I’m only able to get a limited view of data because when I turn the page on the content, I get the following error message, “No data to display. Check back later or try to update data manually from
Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics > Click ‘Update data manually’ button.”

The index status is more often than not “unspecified” and “not available” and has definitely affected Google indexing as well since I constantly get messages from Google stating that there are problems with indexing. https://snipboard.io/pRLHlA.jpg and sitemap URLs submitted (multiple times) are still not showing up on Google. https://snipboard.io/wu1t6l.jpg I’m very concerned that the problems with Rank Math are affecting my new site’s ability to gain traffic.

Also, your Google account is properly added to your Rank Math plugin.

Regarding the Google Search Console issues, these are pretty common. However, we have published in detail KB (Knowledge Base) for those errors.

For the “Server Error (5xx)” error, it is not something that we have control over and it’s usually caused by an overload on the server when the Googlebot tries to access the pages and looks like this is also affecting the PageSpeed Insights test.

I’m not sure what you are looking at because you haven’t addressed all of my concerns. Rank Math analytics hasn’t been updated in nearly a week. As I previously stated, the only way to get the current stats is to manually force it to update. For some reason, it is not automatically updating on its own. I’d like to know why I have to manually force your plugin to update nearly every single time I want to view the updated Rank Math analytical data.

The last time Rank Math provided data was on November 28, 2023. Today is December 4th. I have intentionally NOT pushed the manual update button so you could see the problem for yourself.

Hello,

For FREE users of Rank Math, data that is displayed in Rank Math Analytics are fetched and updated every 7 days. Every 7 days, the data will be updated automatically. Kindly let us know if the data has not been updated after the 7th day

regarding the Rank Math pages not allowing me to view additional analytics beyond the first page.

We have checked this and can replicate the issue on the SEO Performance Tab and the Keyword tab not going beyond the first page.

We have shared this with our developers. We will get back to you once we have an update or solution from them.

The last date that Rank Math reported stats on was November 28th. Today is December 6th, It’s been 8 days since the last time Rank Math reported data, correct? How many more days should I have to wait before RM recognizes that there is a problem?

We’ve seen that the website has low traffic.
