Rank Math with Divi Theme builder

    Hi!

    I’m exploring Rank Math for the first time. Since I use the Divi builder, I have a question about Rank Math in combination with the Theme Builder.

    I created a custom post type (Football tournaments). This post type has an archive page which I designed using the Divi Theme Builder. On this page there is general info about football tournaments, as wel as a list of all separate tournaments. For SEO this might be an important page.

    Rank Math options are available for separate tournaments (posts), but not for the archive page I’ve created in the theme builder.

    Is there a solution for that?

    Like to hear from you.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    To show the Rank Math meta box option on your CPT archives page, head over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > [Custom Post Type: Categories/Archives] > and enable the Add SEO Control/Meta Box option:

    Hi Reinelle,

    Thank you for your fast reply. I already had that switch turned on, but still it doesn’t work.

    However, what you call “[Custom Post Type: Categories/Archives]” I don’t see the word ‘archives’.

    Any other suggestions?

    By [Custom Post Type: Categories/Archives], my colleague meant the name of the post type/taxonomy.

    However, if you’re not sure, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include the affected URL and WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Hi,

    Go to Divi > Theme Builder > search for “Specific Events Category Pages: Football”. Then click on the edit sign of ‘Custom Body’.

    Hello,

    I logged into your website’s admin area and found that the affected pages are layout pages of the theme builder.

    Rank Math detects only actual post types/taxonomies and generates settings for them under Rank Math > Titles & Meta.

    As the layout pages are not actual post types, unfortunately, the SEO Meta Box cannot be added to these pages.

    Hope this helps clarify the situation.
