The issue is not with our plugin in particular but rather with the way the database is structured on your website.
All the primary keys on the database tables should be set to auto-increment so it never tries to generate the same ID for the data but you don’t have that flag on any of the primary keys and as such when two pieces of data with the same exact information are getting added to the database, such as the same exact internal link on the same page, the plugin will throw an error because it can’t insert both with the same primary key.
You can get in touch with your hosting provider and ask for their assistance in setting the auto-increment flag to true on all tables because this is also the case in the default WordPress tables.

The error you have shared is related to the wp_rank_math_internal_links table. However, you should ask your host to set the auto-increment flag to true for all the tables. I can check that the latest version of our plugin is already enabled on your site and working without any issues.
