    I’m getting an error message when I try to update the “pro” version of my rank math software.
    Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    I’ve cleared the cache and I was going to do a manual install next but I don’t see the download in my dashboard, only the free license shows up.

    It seems like you have connected your website to one of the free accounts on Rank Math.

    Can you please share the email address of that Free account so we can merge it with your PRO account?

    i***@g******************** is one of the addresses, I may of registered it under i***************@g********

    We have it installed in two spots on the same server one is http://www.greentechplumbing.com

    the other is test.greentechplumbing.com i’m building out the new site to replace the old on there.
